History
Pierre SCHIFFERLI was one of the four founding Partners of the long time well known Law Firm "PIRENNE PYTHON SCHIFFERLI PETER" established in Geneva in 1982. The Firm changed its name to PYTHON SCHIFFERLI PETER (known as “PSP”) in 1999 after Yves PIRENNE left it and Pierre SCHIFFERLI continued to be active as one of the three Senior Partners until February 1st, 2007 when he established his own Law Firm with his two Associates Carolina CAMPEAS TALABARDON and Reza VAFADAR under the name “SCHIFFERLI AVOCATS”. This “new” Firm continues to be active in the same domain of specialisation of civil court litigation, business crime law and international mutual legal aid proceedings as previously, when Pierre SCHIFFERLI was heading the most important and specialised “litigation” working group in the Firm he had founded 25 years ago.
“SCHIFFERLI AVOCATS” has well established contacts with some of the major English, North and South American Law Firms, and of course also Swiss Law Firms in Zurich. Both Carolina CAMPEAS TALABARDON and Reza VAFADAR have been working for many years in the litigation group of Pierre SCHIFFERLI.
